Absolutely. Gem Jewelers is committed to sustainability. We only use conflict-free diamonds and recycled precious metals, working exclusively with suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process.

What is your return policy for fine jewelry?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and bespoke designs are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you provide a warranty on your products?

Yes, every purchase includes a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of the item.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
